Adrea: Strength in Vulnerability Part One

Jen and I have been wanting to do another photoshoot as her chemotherapy has taken it's toll and she's had to face one of the less dangerous but one of the most painful side effects - baldness. And as this road of survival gets more complicated and no more fun than it was at the beginning, the vulnerability she's been brave enough to share on her blog has gotten progressively more heart-wrenching. There's no hiding in public or in private that she's in a battle now. So, oddly enough, we were both thinking this photoshoot should be about being exposed... so, here are a few of my favorites.

Adrea: Her Three Daughters

Natural light made it difficult to get Dad out for the photoshoot - we're going to try to get him on a weekend...

Adrea: Innocence

I have all these personal pictures I'm hoarding for when the Christmas family photo session rush slows down - I keep thinking, Gosh, I'm going to run out of people to post eventually. And I'm sure I will and you'll all be bombarded with Abby & Jack posts, but for now: An Abby & Wesley post.

Adrea: My Own Backyard

Sometimes it's a challenge to find the right light in my own house/yard. I keep wanting to stick little signs in the ground to remind myself where the magic light is at any given time.
