Adrea: Double Rainbow Connection

I should coordinate with Sarah when we post these - as this was one of two skyscapes we were shooting together... and its always curious to see if they'll be particularly different.

Adrea: Luau Night

I love this picture. I don't know if its just the glossy tiki guy and the way the table top actually reflects the cloudy night sky or what... well... that is probably it. The discarded rice from Caiah (unless Tim is just a messy eater), that's my chocolate cake on the other side... the stillness of it even while there's a show going on...

I'm actually glad this photo is a little crooked - it adds to the eerie-ness. The Luau was outside (fitting enough, right?) and the restrooms were located in this ... well... it seemed at first glance like a restaurant for the hotel that hosted the Luau, but without carpet... and with a sagging roof that was ACTIVELY leaking... like literally water was dripping like rain all along the edges of the room. Even so, the lights were all on, the tables all made up with table cloths... it was decidedly eerie.

Adrea: First Sunset

There was a lot more pure photography in my visualized Hawaii... vision then what actually got accomplished. For example I thought I'd be in sunset heaven, telling everyone they'd have to work all our plans around the sunset so I could get good pictures.... BUT I was much too focused on family and family things to be very prepared... Point being this was the first sunset I got of about three. Crazy.

Adrea: Hawaii Favorite #1

It's no wonder poor Auntie Samantha has been mistaken for a teenage mom a lot since she's been going on adventures with Abby - they have the exact same color eyes... and a bit of an attitude...

Adrea: Hawaii Everyday

I don't think we missed going out to the little beach that surrounded the condos we were staying at each day. The water was warmish, the waves were completely mild, and the sand nice.

As I mentioned on my personal blog Abby would immediately take to the water, singing and dancing to her heart's content while I stood back and relaxed sometimes with Jack, sometimes not.

I did bring her swimsuits, of course, but there was something about the freedom of just having to leave her wrap on the sand that she loved.

Adrea: Mine

I just happen to love my baby boy to a ridiculous degree. But really, it's not my fault. He has dastardly skills of cuteness heretofore unknown to man.

Adrea: Bedhead and Shower Butt

My Jack-Jack doesn't get much face time on this blog - but its mostly because he's so darn into stuff. And I hardly ever dress him cool. I'll have to change that and you'll see him more often.

Adrea: Q Mini-Shoot

Trish organized an order from her office of 5 and a half crates of citrus... THEN picked them up. SO, what's a grateful citrus-seller to do but offer a quick mini-shoot? It was a total pleasure...

Adrea: No Peekie

I was NOT looking through the view finder when I took these. So the scary part is not that I took these - it's that I don't remember WHY I took them.

Sarah: one lone tree

Adrea: It's Official

Wesley is FIVE...

And he cannot marry Abby... Because no couple deserves pictures from their childhood that are this adorable. Friends, Godsiblings, they can be... but this is just too cute to allow more:

Adrea: How Referrals Happen

Jennifer Keitzman is a massage therapist, she is a friend of a friend of two of my friends...(And soon to be photographed family). Anyway, Jen needed some headshots for her business and I was happy to work with her!
